Certain restaurants stand out in the mind, whether for the food, the atmosphere, the service or some other tangible quality.
Most often for me, the standouts showcase the absolute finesse of the executive chef. The Obstinate Daughter on Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina offers the whole package, and I’m already planning my return visit for a long, lingering meal. Or two. Or maybe even three.
