The latest endeavour from the Wild Olive crew, The Obstinate Daughter, might open this Wednesday [Update: it is now confirmed, it will open Wednesday]. Executive chef Jacques Larson and chef de cuisine Will Fincher (formally of pizza place Monza) head the kitchen. The full menu isn’t out, but expect Italian-influenced small plates and wood-fired pizzas. If you’re so inclined to stalk the Wild Olive Instagram account, they’ve posted a few previews of pies, like “The Dottie” named for Sullivan’s Island author Dorothea Benton Frank.
The remodeled Atlanticville space is completely transformed, as you can see with some glamour shots sent to Eater. City Paper has some more details on the renovation from “ramshackle” to stunning.
